I read about her Radiant Goddess Programme,, a 21 day ecourse of raw food, meditation and movement and felt strongly drawn to it. I'm not sure I loved the fluffy marketing side of it, but I kept returning to it and in the end I have trusted my gut and I have signed up!!!
My reasons for joining are many, yes I want to lose a little weight, but more than that I want to feel healthy, energised and ....well...... Radiant! Recently I have been tired and grumpy more than radiant and I know what I eat effects me massively and yes, I know all the right things to do so probably dont need to do a course but, its great to have a guide on any journey and some new inspiration!
So, the programme starts on Tuesday and I will keep you posted on my progress!

What we eat, what we do, what we read and believe all effects our mood and energy so much. My morning sadhana helps me stay connected and centred but recently I have come to realise that I need to extend the same awareness to my food choices. I remember Swami Satsangi saying that if we want to become more sattvic its as simple as doing and surrounding ourselves with more sattvic activities. Listen to sattvic music, eat sattvic foods, watch inspiring programmes etc. I now choose very carefully the type of TV I watch, the books I read the thoughts I have, the people I mix with as I am aware of just how much this can effect my energy and prana, so now I am going to be more aware of what I eat too! I have been a vegetarian for over a decade and I love healthy food but I know many of the foods I consume aren't as prana filled as they could be! So stay tuned as I begin to consume radiant prana filled raw food..............
