6 Week Introduction to Meditation Course

The experience of meditation can take us beyond the usual mental stress and emotional agitation to a calm, centred place.
Each week will introduce a different technique of meditation, you will also be encouraged to practice at home and given many tips on how to set up and maintain a practice, this will be supported with handouts and CDs
